Las Margaritas lies over a brook that runs through the whole farm, over Las Margaritas falls through the many bamboo groves and lush green foliage that seems to pull the moisture down from the clouds that often cover the tops of the slopes.
The buildings are blue and yellow, and under the watchful eye of Juan Carlos. He’s been in charge of upgrading the processing facilities on the farm and there is now a vertical demucilager to reduce water use, and a large silo that is sectioned in to 5 compartments internally to allow multiple fermentations at the same time.
