La Tormenta #1 is a carefully crafted Pink Bourbon lot, grown at 1,536 metres above sea level and selected for its exceptional clarity, sweetness, and complexity.
Only perfectly ripe cherries are hand-picked before undergoing a meticulously controlled 48-hour fermentation. The coffee is then washed and slowly dried on covered raised beds, preserving its vibrant character and delicate aromatics. Every stage of production reflects Olga's dedication to quality and the care invested in every harvest.
In the cup, expect elegant layers of crisp apple, ripe plum, blackcurrant and dried stone fruit, complemented by notes of vanilla milk chocolate and brown sugar. A silky body and bright, balanced acidity create a refined, memorable drinking experience that shines as both filter coffee and espresso.
