Summer Solstice is made only from dried-on-tree cherries. Thanks to Daterra’s exclusive technology they’re able to sort out the fruitiest beans that make this cup so awesome. This results in a coffee with a velvety body and a sparkling lactic acidity.

Daterra is a farm that is continually be at the forefront of innovation in Brazil and is renowned for its high quality lots that we return to year after year. Daterra operate an organic farm on site and use the produce they grow to provide meals for their workers. They work with reusable pouches for their coffee and regular filtered water taps that help to reduce plastic consumption.

The team at Daterra has planted over 600,000 native trees in Cerrado since the beginning of the project, and in 2021 they announced an ambitious commitment to increasing their carbon sequestration a further 50% by 2030, with the planting of 20 million additional trees.
