These conditions create the perfect environment for growing coffees celebrated for their brightness, clarity, and structured flavour profile.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u003cspan class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"\u003eLike most Kenyan coffee producers, these farmers cultivate small plots, often managing just a few hundred coffee trees per household. During harvest, farmers deliver freshly picked cherries to the factory the same day. Here, the coffee undergoes Kenya’s classic fully washed processing method. The cherries are first carefully sorted and de-pulped, before undergoing dry fermentation for 15–24 hours. After fermentation, the beans are thoroughly washed, soaked in clean water, and slowly dried on raised metal drying tables for six to seven days. This meticulous process helps produce the clean, bright cup profiles for which Kenyan coffees are so highly regarded.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"\u003eMwirua Farmers’ Cooperative Society supports thousands of farmers through shared infrastructure, centralised processing, and access to international markets.
